We challenge chefs and restaurants from the CPLP, Africa, and Latin America registered in Canada to collaborate and showcase typical menus of their cuisine

From traditional to modern approaches, our craft fair will showcase unique and exclusive products from CPLP countries, Southern Africa, and Latin America.
